The founding circle is taking shape
Dearworthy Intention
& Appreciation Circle
The generosity of offering.
The grace of receiving.
For seven days, eight individuals unite their attention and goodwill around one person’s intention, honoring the possibility of what collective intention can mean.

The practice of collective intention
Something meaningful,
held with care.
Each person brings an individual intention. It may be a hope, a need, or an aspiration: something that matters deeply to them.
Our role is to bring focused attention, compassion, encouragement, and goodwill. We listen without trying to solve someone’s circumstances or offering unsolicited advice.
For eight weeks, every person knows there is a circle intentionally holding space for them.
How I envision each gathering
Gather. Listen.
Appreciate.
Opening appreciation
Each member shares something they appreciate, creating a foundation of gratitude and connection.
The featured intention
The week’s member shares their intention, what it means to them, and how they would like the group to hold it.
Collective focus
Together, we bring our attention to the intention through shared silence, prayer, meditation, or reflection.
Spoken appreciation and affirmation
Members offer sincere encouragement, recognizing the featured person’s worth, strengths, and possibilities.
Closing
We carry the intention into the coming week, without expectations or pressure for a particular outcome.
A rhythm for the week
The gathering begins it.
The week gives it continuity.
Day 1
Gather and receive
The featured member shares their intention. The circle listens, offers appreciation, and begins its collective focus.
Days 2–7
Hold the intention
Each member takes a quiet moment daily, in whatever way feels authentic, to return to the featured intention. A brief private message of encouragement is welcome if the featured member wishes to receive one.
The next gathering
Appreciate and renew
The previous member may share a reflection, without pressure to report an outcome. The circle expresses appreciation and welcomes the next person’s intention.
Every member experiences both sides of this practice: the generosity of offering and the grace of receiving.
Our shared agreements
Room to be yourself.
- Honor confidentiality. Personal stories and intentions stay within the circle. Sharing someone’s words beyond it requires their explicit permission.
- Share only what feels comfortable. No one is obliged to disclose deeply personal circumstances.
- Offer encouragement without unsolicited advice, pressure, or promises of a particular outcome.
- Respect each person’s way of reflecting, whether through silence, prayer, meditation, or another quiet practice.
A gentle next step
Could this be
your circle?
The founding circle will meet virtually. Dates, meeting length, and any participation cost are still to be confirmed.
Leave your interest with me and I’ll be in touch as the details become clear. You’ll have space to ask questions and decide whether the circle feels right for you before making a commitment.
Your message comes privately to Lisa and will not be published or shared without your explicit permission. There is no need to share your personal intention here. This does not register you for the circle or subscribe you to general updates.
